Privacy Policy.

Effective May 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Unnat Bak LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Unnat Bak LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with YUBI.ai (“YUBI,” the “Service”), a real-time video identity and presence verification platform. YUBI is one of several independent products owned and operated by Unnat Bak LLC; this Policy applies only to YUBI.

1. Roles

When a partner or customer uses YUBI to verify their end users, the partner is the controller of end-user personal data and Unnat Bak LLC acts as a processor on the partner’s behalf. When you interact with YUBI directly (for example, by browsing this site or requesting access), Unnat Bak LLC is the controller.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Verification data. Live webcam frames, captured JPEG images, audio narration (when enabled), identity document imagery, and secondary proofs submitted during a verification session.
  • Derived biometric and behavioral signals.Liveness indicators, micro-expression and behavioral observations, document-vs-face match signals, and AI-generated trust scores and reasoning.
  • Session metadata. Session identifiers, timestamps, goal progression, model usage, token counts, cost estimates, signed session manifests (SHA-256), error and event logs, and approximate geographic region.
  • Contact information. Name, email, company, and message content you submit via our contact form or partner access requests.
  • Technical data. IP address, browser and device attributes, and basic usage analytics necessary to operate and secure the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide live verification, behavioral analysis, and signed session output.
  • Operate, monitor, secure, and improve the Service and underlying models.
  • Respond to access requests and partner inquiries.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use end-user verification data or biometric signals to train third-party foundation models.

4. AI Processing & Sub-Processors

YUBI sends verification frames and prompts to AI model providers under contract for the sole purpose of producing verification results. These providers are bound by their own terms prohibiting use of submitted content to train their models. We also use cloud infrastructure and database providers to host the Service. A current list of sub-processors is available on request via our contact form.

5. Biometric Information Notice

YUBI processes facial imagery and may generate biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined by laws such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), the Texas CUBI, and similar state and international laws. When a partner deploys YUBI to its end users, the partner is responsible for obtaining all legally required written consents and providing required disclosures before submitting any individual’s data to the Service. Biometric data is retained only as long as needed to complete and audit the verification session, subject to the retention rules below.

6. Sharing

We share information only with:

  • The partner or customer whose verification flow generated the session (for end-user data).
  • Sub-processors described above, under contract.
  • Authorities, when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
  • Acquirers or successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets relating to YUBI, subject to this Policy.

7. Retention

Verification frames, derived biometric signals, and session outputs are retained only for as long as needed to deliver and audit the verification, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes, after which they are deleted or de-identified. Partner-specific retention windows may be set by separate agreement. Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond and maintain business records.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, scoped database access, signed session manifests (SHA-256), and least-privilege server-side keys. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or processed by the Service.

9. International Transfers

Unnat Bak LLC is based in the United States, and information we process is stored and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our sub-processors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. If you are an end user of a partner’s verification flow, please direct rights requests to that partner. You can reach Unnat Bak LLC directly via our contact form. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

11. Children

YUBI is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Partners must not submit data of minors to the Service without verifiable parental consent and any required regulatory authorization.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
